Abstract

This article was carried out within the framework of the Diploma 40 years of Malvinas, contributions and debates from the Social Sciences (April-July 2022). It constitutes a brief assessment of the Argentine and British positions on sovereignty in the Malvinas; highlighting the inadmissibility of the self-determination of peoples as a right that can be invoked in the Malvinas case. To achieve this, search and consultation techniques for written and audiovisual information shared on the aforementioned journey were practiced.
